To move in, a minimum stay of three months is required, along with a two-month deposit and the first month’s rent (or a proportional amount). Saturday -From 11:00 to 13:00 → No additional cost. -Outside these hours → Must be previously coordinated, and has a cost of 30€. Sunday Must be arranged in advance IMPORTANT -A person will be sent to deliver the keys. -Once the arrival time is agreed, there will be a maximum waiting time of 30 minutes. -If you can not arrive at the scheduled time, you must notify us at least 1 hour in advance.
