Immerse yourself in the natural light that floods through the windows, illuminating the modern yet understated décor. → Building This apartment is on the second floor of a building with no elevator. It is located on a very pleasant and tranquil living environment, but with easy access to all amenities and points of interest in the city. → Bedrooms The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and closet and another with a single bed (convertible into two) and wardrobe, so you will have plenty of space to store and organize. Both have air conditioning and desks so you can work comfortably. → Living/Dining Room You will find a cozy sofa and a Flat Screen TV so you can relax at the end of the day. There's a dining table for 4 to comfortably enjoy your meals. The air conditioning will allow you to climate the space to your liking! → Kitchen A fully equipped kitchen with oven, cooktop, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher and coffee machine (coffee not included). → Balcony A small but pleasant balcony, ideal to enjoy your morning coffee and our warm weather. → Bathroom The apartment has one modern bathroom with shower. Other information: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. → We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. → Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. → During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied. → The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay. → Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. → Monthly consumptions are included up to €150. → City Tax will be charged according to the law. This Tax will only be applied for the first 7 nights. → Please keep in mind that the complete passport/ID details of all guests are required by Portuguese authorities.
