On the second floor we find the living room with double height, which has been decorated with warm and neutral tones that give the environment a unique, elegant and cozy personality. The large window allows light to enter directly into the apartment. The impeccable kitchen is modern and independent, it has all the necessary appliances to cook from the arrival to the apartment. From here you can access the spacious patio where you can enjoy the pleasant climate of the city while having a drink or the unmissable coffee in the mornings. A comfortable double bedroom with closet is also located on the first level. Accessed by stairs we find a studio overlooking the living room, it has been fully equipped to work or study at home with peace of mind. Another 2 comfortable double bedrooms, suite type and each with its own closet are located on this floor. One of the bedrooms has a small dressing table. Both bathrooms are complete, one with shower and the other with bathtub. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, heating and wifi.
