Several shops, restaurants, public transports are accessible near at hand. The apartment is on the ground floor. It is entirely furnished and includes a complete kitchen with fridge, kitchen ustensils, microwave, crockery, pans, toaster, kettle... The flat also has an iron, an ironing board, a clothes rack, a washing machine. Additionally, you will find cleaning items already provided in the apartment: dustpan and brush, mop and bucket, bagless hoover, broom... Every furnished flatshare includes all expenses: electricity, unlimited wi-fi, water, housing insurance, household waste tax, condominium fees. All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...) by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance. Close to the Ecusson, the Boutonnet in the north of downtown is a relatively new neighborhood that stretches from Place Albert Premier to the University of Montpellier. This student district is dotted with a number of university campuses and schools relating to public health and sport education such as the CREPS Montpellier, the Faculty of Education, the UFR Pharmacy – where you can stop and visit the Museum of Pharmacy since 1972 –, the PESUD, the institution of higher learning in Chemistry and many others preparatory courses. For outdoor sporting enthusiasts the Philippides Arena is just around the corner. Close to the university campus, you will find the Parc Sainte-Odile, the ancient garden of the Chateau de Boutonnet – a quiet tree-filled park in the heart of Montpellier.
