Enjoy warmth provided by the city network with unlimited heating, seamlessly included in the room price. The room's ambiance is enhanced by windows adorned with roller blinds. For tenant comfort and privacy, the room is lockable! In the kitchen, you'll find household appliances such as fridge-freezer, electric stove, microwave and an electric kettle Additionally, for the convenience of tenants, the kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenware including plates, cutlery, glasses, mugs, complete set of pots and pans, cutting boards, colander, salt and pepper shakers, spatulas, etc. Each floor of the house is equipped with two full bathrooms, including a toilet, sink with a cabinet and mirror, 2 showers and a washing machine.
