My home is situated in pub-conversion along a quiet street, not far from Kennington Park (about a 10-minute walk), and is kitted out with all the essentials necessary for a comfortable stay. This includes a reception room/living area with hard wooden floors, a sofa that can be converted into a bed for two, a TV with streaming services (like Netflix) built in, and a dining table that can accommodate four adequately; an ideal place for entertaining and relaxing after a long day of venturing out the city. The pair of French-style doors behind the dining table leads to a private garden -- a delightful space to relax, especially during the warmer weather, with its immaculate landscape and an outdoor dining area for al-fresco eating. The kitchen is small, but thoughtfully laid-out, and has all the mod-cons needed to whip up a homestyle meal. You'll also find a washing machine ready at your disposal if you wish to freshen up your clothes without having the need to take a trip to the local laundromat. The bedroom comes with a large, king-size bed lined in hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest. It features a fireplace that is original to building, and also comes equipped with a large wardrobe to keep your luggage and personal belonging safely and tidily. You'll will also see it's mirrored as well, useful if you need to make any final touches to your appearance before heading out. The bathroom is small, but stylish, with a mixture of vintage and retro-inspire tiles: it comes equipped with a bath for you to soak in, and a shower head for you to wash quickly with. A toilet, sink and mirror is also standard. Fresh towels and toiletries are provided at no extra cost. Cleaning and sanitisation will be done before your anticipated arrival. Enjoy! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time. Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
