The space Welcome This contemporary apartment features a fully fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a modern bathroom with a separate bath and shower room, hardwood floors, and retaining its original sliding sash windows, high ceilings, and fireplace. Fully furnished with all the comforts you'll need during your stay. You'll find a comfortable sofa, a lovely armchair, and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen, next to the living room, is simple and fully equipped. Featuring a small breakfast bar where you can enjoy your meals, you'll also find all you'll need to whip up a delicious meal. The two bedrooms include two double beds, fitted with hotel-quality linens for your utmost comfort. The bathroom has been completely renovated. Towels and free toiletries are prepared for your convenience. For your safety, we make sure the flat is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized. Hope you have a fantastic stay! Other things to note This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time. Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you.
