The living room features a comfortable sofa, a smart TV to watch all your favourite shows, high-speed Wi-Fi (80Mbps average), and a dining table where you can dine with loved ones. The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook some delicious homemade meals. The bedroom has a king-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well and with ample storage space for your belongings. The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of GBP 30, and after midnight is GBP 50. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a GBP 300 smoking fee at a minimum. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
