In response to the feedback from our guests, we've recently undertaken a thorough renovation of the property. This makeover includes brand new lighting fixtures, an upgraded kitchen, and improved Wi-Fi connectivity. The Space: Nestled right across from Hove Park, our charming abode provides the perfect foundation for exploring everything Brighton and Hove have to offer. Tucked away in a serene residential enclave of Hove, you'll revel in a serene, comfortable, and tranquil sojourn at our place, all while being just a brief 10-minute stroll from the vibrant heart of Brighton and Hove. Within walking distance, you'll find all of Hove's conveniences – a mere five minutes from Hove train station and a mere ten-minute walk to the picturesque seafront. Our accommodation encompasses a vibrant living area, a dining space, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and one and a half bathrooms. The first bedroom exudes warmth and space, featuring a sumptuously comfortable king-size bed and a TV for your entertainment. Our snug second bedroom also boasts a cozy double bed, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep, and is equipped with a smart TV for your amusement. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, shower, and bathtub, while a separate standalone toilet is available on the premises. And last but certainly not least, there is a garage providing parking space suitable for a medium-sized car. Guest Access: You'll have exclusive access to the entire property during your stay. Other Things to Note: This property offers a self-check-in process, and you'll be required to verify your identity before gaining access to the apartment. You can check in at any time of the day, provided you adhere to our standard check-in time, which is 3:00 PM on the day of your arrival. If you require additional cleaning or linens during your stay, a fee will apply, so please don't hesitate to get in touch with us. Please be aware that we charge a £50 fee for each lost set of keys. For security reasons, replacing the locks may incur an additional cost, so it's essential to keep your keys safe. We strictly enforce a no-smoking policy within the property. If any evidence is found that this rule has been violated (e.g., lingering smoke odor, ashes, or cigarette butts), we reserve the right to impose a minimum £300 smoking fee. Also, kindly note that we do not permit parties, large gatherings, excessive noise, or outside guests. If we receive substantial evidence of such activities, we retain the right to terminate your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team for eviction. Any associated costs will be deducted from your security deposit, and local authorities may be contacted as needed. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible.
