Featuring seven bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a kitchen, this residence offers all the necessary amenities for a comfortable lifestyle. The kitchen comes fully equipped with two fridges including a freezer, a washing machine, and essential utensils like pans and pots. The living room is thoughtfully furnished with a comfortable sofa, a TV, and there's a dining area where you can enjoy meals with friends or family. Seville, with its expansive historic center, proudly claims the title of having the largest historic center in Europe. The small rooms are more or less 5m2. CLARIFICATION OF THE RESERVATION PROCESS: the process we follow before confirming a reservation, and to ensure everything is clear for both sides: 1. First Step: The tenant makes the initial reservation via the platform and pays the first month’s rent through the platform. 2. Second Step: After that, we get in direct contact with the tenant to prepare and sign the rental contract. (Please note: direct contact is only allowed after the reservation is made and not before.) At the same time as signing the contract, the tenant must pay the security deposit and the administration fee. ⚠️ Important: Until the contract is signed and both the deposit and administration fee are paid, the reservation is not officially confirmed or secured. Before confirming, it’s essential that the tenant reviews all payment details under “View all the payments planned for this stay” on the platform, to avoid misunderstanding.
