This is one of the oldest and most important student residences in Valencia. Our house was born in 1975 and has become a great home and reference for young people who study at Valencian universities and are looking for accommodation for this stage of their life. Your clothes always clean! The self-service laundry is located on the first floor of the Colegio Mayor. This service is made up of washing machines with automatic soap-softener dispensers . The service is completed with several dryers and ironing boards. Leave your clothes impeccable at your own pace , in a pleasant place where, with peace of mind, you can wash all your clothes. And if you have any questions regarding the fabrics, you can always ask us! Your room always clean! Room cleaning service will be provided twice a week/room . For the student's convenience, he or she will know in advance the time and day of the service. Enjoy an always impeccable room , since cleanliness and order are maxims that we apply in our daily life with our students. 🎁Take advantage of the free Pack Lunch service and receive food at your study center. We are in a privileged location. We are between the two most important university campuses in the city, the 'Campus dels Tarongers' of the Universitat de València and the 'Campus de Vera' of the Universitat Politècnica de València. Furthermore, for all those young people who study at other centers, at Ausias March we have our own bus service adapted to all schedules.
