Our bedroom can be single or double. Rented as a double, the rent price is 900Euro. The bedroom is in a flat of about 80sqm. The flat is on the second floor of an ancient building in UNESCO area, S.Croce quarter, Florence. There is a lift in the building. In the apartment there are two private bedrooms, ( One is the one listed here) one shared bathroom, one shared kitchen, one shared livingroom. The two bedrooms are on the opposite sides of the flat so they both have a great privacy. The flat has big windows overlooking private, renovated and large backyards. For this reason the flat has lot of light and it is very quiet, day and night. This bedroom has two windows. It offers: a big cupboard, two single beds, one or two desks, depending of the number of student renting it and a drawer. Bathroom is small but renovated with shower. The kitchen is well equipped. There are wi-fi and washmachine in the flat. Costs are included until 30euros monthly per bedroom for cooking and heating gas; 20euros per bedroom monthly for electricity.
