These apartments are 19m2 in size and are comfortably furnished and have a queen size bed (120X200), a kitchen line, a workplace and a TV with cable TV -Program. The bathrooms are equipped with shower, hairdryer and hand and shower soap. Some important information for you to know in advance: - Registration is possible for all of them and you can extend your stay with no extra costs (subject to availability) - with a maximum of 6 months. Please keep in mind that the registration document can only be handed out after check-in. - A cleaning service 1x per week is included in the rental price. Our cleaning service will clean and replace your bed sheets, towels & of course clean your apartment. - Deposit is not required for your reservation. - We do not have any washing facilities in the building. However, there is a wash salon 300m walking in the Westfälische Str. 70. - We have a front desk for check-in/-out and other inquiries. - Check ins take place from 3pm to 12am, Monday to Sunday. - Please be aware that in order to register you need to be deregistered from any other address you have in Germany!
