It is very close to the Canal, Iglesia and Quevedo metro and buses 16, 61, 149, 37, 3... It is in a very commercial area with supermarkets such as Mercadona or Carrefour, Alcampo. etc, fashion stores like Zara, many shoe stores..., with large sidewalks and trees that shelter a multitude of terraces, bars and restaurants. The entire floor is made of laminated wood, it has a washing machine, clothesline, microwave, wifi...etc. Includes house cleaning once a week by a person hired by me. Currently I can only rent it from the month of July. Starting in July it will be available.
