We have a house situated in Ixelles where we have 5 flats on 5 different floors . Each floor has a seperate flat who comprise 3 private furnished rooms and a shared bathroom and a fully equiped kitchen .The rooms (+- 13 and +- 16 m2) comprise: bed, mattress, small cupboard, worktable, office chair, armchair, library, hangings, ceiling luminary, standard lamp, desk lamp (type Ikea, Trendhopper...).We provide also forks and spoons, pot and pans. Wireless internet is included in the rent. There is also a common wooden terrace at the groundfloor which is accessible for all tenants . We also have a washing machine and dryer in the house which is available for the tenants for a monthly sum of 15 euro which is included in the rent . The checking in and out are done by an independent expertise office Ageci and the costs are at charges of the tenant .( the price for this is calculated by the expertise office ) There is also a overnight guest fee of 35 euro a night and an assurance fee of 65 euro to be covered during your whole stay ( 65 euro to be paid only one time for a whole year ).The rooms are clean and pleasant, furnished in a practical way. General environment is convivial and sympathetic, the atmosphere is made by E.U.trainees and students of various European nationalities. At 10 minutes’ walk from the European Parliament and Commission, Luxembourg and Etterbeek Stations . Easy communications to all directions: bus (hidden), 34,60,...Subway . Access from the airport: line 12 Airport ,terminus Gare du Luxembourg, Bus 95-96 stop "germoir" In the vicinity: Universities, shops, supermarkets, laundrettes, banks,... The renting price here is for a renting period of 12 months or more...
