The apartment has 1 bedroom with a double bed and an air conditioning unit, and desktop for working or study. The fully equipped kitchen has everything necessary to cook and enjoy meals in the apartment. There is also a washing machine for added convenience and a private bathroom The apartment is equipped with high-speed FIBER internet (100 mbps). The building includes an elevator for easy access, and soundproof windows provide a quiet and peaceful environment. There is also a small balcony There are some kitchen utensils like glasses , spoons, plates, frying pans, sandwich maker etc left from previous tenants, but in case there is something missing or in a bad shape , we do not provide / replace them.
