The apartment is situated in a historic building with a garden in a quiet green area next to Subway Station Kagranerplatz (3 minutes walking distance). This Subway line (U1) brings you directly to the City Centre of Vienna (15 minutes). The monthly rent includes running costs (electricity, heating, WiFi,..), washing powder, conditioner and toilet paper. In each bedroom you will find a double bed and a desk. In the larger bedroom there is also a large wardrobe and a mirror. The living room is equipped with a comfortable seating area, a third desk and furnitures, where you can store your belongings.
