The property comes fully furnished and equipped for long and short-term stays. We will provide you with complimentary Wifi, bed linen, towels, toiletries, and Netflix for your comfort. The entire space will be available to you and your group. You will also be given access to a beautiful balcony overlooking the skyline. You will also be able to enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable spacious living room with a 50” Smart TV where you can watch all of your favorite TV Series and movies on demand. Other things to note: All guests must provide proof of Identification i.e. passport, or driver's license. All guests must respect our community guidelines: No Parties/Gatherings that exceed the maximum number of guests No Smoking No extra guests Please respect the neighbors and keep the noise down after 10 pm.
