We are renting a large single room of 15 m2 in a shared apartment composed by 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. THE APARTMENT The apartment, urban style decorated and recently renovated, is of 100 square meters and thanks to its huge windows it’s always full of light. You will find every comforts: air conditioning, television, Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen, huge living room, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The property is located in an historical and peaceful condo, that use to be a Toblerone factory, and it has a nice common courtyard with a beautiful fountain and a doorman service. THE AREA The flat is positioned in Aurora area two streets away from Lavazza’s Nuvola HQ, it’s very close to several universities: the IAAD (5 minutes walking), Campus Einaudi, Palazzo Nuovo University and Campus Aldo Moro (20 minutes walking) and about 30 minutes by bus from Politecnico. If you like jogging and outdoors activities, this is the ideal position for you: it’s just behind the Dora river and the beautiful cycle path up to the Colletta park. THE ROOM The spacious bedroom is about 15 square meters, very bright and fully furnished. There’s a queen size bed on the mezzanine, a working station and a big wardrobe. Air-condition is also in the room. HOUSE RULES • This landlord only accepts tenants with age between 20 and 35 years old • The monthly fee of 630€ includes all utilities (electricity, water, heating, elevator, condo maintenance fees, WI-FI) and weekly cleaning service • Overnight guests permitted, if previously agreed with your housemates • Payment methods accepted: bank transfer • In the event of early termination of the contract, three months' notice is required and the costs of closing the contract will be borne by the tenant. • Security Deposit of two months returned upon vacating the space except for damages to the property if incurred. • Admin Check-in Fee €225.00 which will cover the cleaning service of your room and the registration costs of the contract with the Revenue Agency Once the contract will be signed security deposit and admin fee will be required mandatory otherwhise the booking will be decline • Required documentation: ID / Passport, Residence permit or Proof of temporary or permanent residency in city • Animals not allowed...
