The kitchen includes a washing machine and dryer, and the living room is equipped with a TV. The building does not have a lift. Room: This comfortable room is fully furnished and includes a dedicated workspace equipped with a small desk, chair and a lamp. You will also find a wardrobe and a bedside table with an additional lamp. The comfortable double bed measures 140 cm wide by 200 cm long, ensuring a restful night's sleep. This room has a window that located in a high place at ground floor level. As a disclaimer we inform you that the flat comes furnished as shown in pictures or with equivalent replacements.
