The apartment is in an old beautiful tenement house. The building is located very close to "Wały Chrobrego" (Chrobry Embankment) and Odra River, in the front of a beautiful park, through which you can reach any shopping centre in 10 min, 10min walk to Old Town and 20 min walk from the train station. It has one bedroom with a double bed, working space, TV, kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, fridge, kettle and a bathroom. There is no lift in the building. In the neighborhood, there are a lot of cafes, pubs and restaurants are literally “on the spot”, just go down the street.
