A 350-euro deposit is required, which will be refunded at the end of the contract if no damages occur. At check-in, there is an administrative fee of 350 euros for the creation of the contract. In the event of early termination, a 2-month notice is required; if notice is not given within the agreed time frame, an additional month’s rent will be charged.
