The apartment is situated at the "Goudsesingel" shopping street, in the center of Rotterdam, nearby all urban facilities such as the Markthal, Blaak Station, Laurens Kerk, various bars, restaurants and museams. A lively area but calm during the night. The apartment is located on the 2th floor accessible by stairs/elevator. 1. Private room: the spacious private room wich includes a boxspring doublebed, a spacious desk, a closet, a small bin, necessary kitchenware/dishes/cups, a kettle and a lock to close the private room. Shared kitchen: the modern and new kitchen is spacious and equipped with all the necessary conveniences such as an oven, microwave and electric cooker. The kettler is available in the private room and seperate kitchenware/dishes/pots etc. are provided for the guest. Shared bathroom: the modern bathroom is equipped with a rainshower and a smaller showerhead. The apartment is located in a calm street in the city center nearby Blaak/Meent. In the direct area you will find several shops, bars, restaurants, coffeeshops supermarkets (Albert Heijn/Dirk van der Broek, groceries) and 2 drugstores (Kruidvat) in less then 3 minutes walking. In the evening and during the nights its calm and you can enjoy a good night's rest. The public transportation is also ideal as the train, metro, tram and bus are just 5 min walking from the apartment at ''Blaak station''. Note: In light of the current escalated utility costs, particularly for gas, a monthly budget of €50 has been established for the duration of the rental period. This allocated budget is expected to be sufficient for responsible usage of heating and electricity. A check-in form, detailing radiator usage and the agreed-upon budget, must be reviewed, agreed upon, and signed by both the tenant and the host during check-in. A copy of this signed form will be provided to the tenant for reference. In the event that the agreed-upon budget is surpassed during the rental period, the tenant is required to settle the outstanding amount at check-out via cash, PayPal, or bank transfer, as requested by the host. Conversely, if the monthly budget is not fully utilized, the tenant will receive a refund for the remaining amount, based on the actual usage per radiator in the room, up to a maximum of € 30.
