The owner bears the cost of 2 monthly cleanings and the other 2 cleaning are divided among the tenants of the apartment. (Each cleaning is approximately 2 hours = 36€, this is divided by the number of tenants). There is also an administrative fee of €80 that is paid ONCE at the time of Move-In. For us, tenant service is our top priority—we have an automated management system that allows us to provide quick and efficient service through our professional team. 👨‍🔧👩‍🔧 If something needs to be repaired, it will be fixed in no time.
