This spacious, newly renovated three-room apartment is located in a quiet residential area in the immediate vicinity of the largest hospital in Milan, the Niguarda. The apartment consists of a large living room with a comfortable sofa bed which communicates with the independent kitchen and overlooks a large balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped and has electric hobs for cooking. The corridor leads, next to the entrance door, to a comfortable closet; to the two bedrooms and the bathroom with large shower. The double bedroom is equipped with a double wardrobe, a comfortable desk and overlooks a small balcony. The apartment is completed by a second bedroom, furnished with two single beds - twin bed - which can be joined into a single double bed if necessary. A few steps from the apartment there are several shops and all services such as pharmacy, bank, supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity. RENTAL CONDITION: - One-time agency fee: it covers the registration of the contract and all the bureaucratic practices related to that - The monthly rent includes 50€ electricity and gas utilities for studios, 75€ for 1-bedroom apartments, and 100€ for 2-bedroom apartments or more.
