It may not be used as a primary residence or for any other purpose (work, academic, etc.). The booking will only be confirmed after approval of the documentation proving the vacation nature of the stay. The apartment is located in rent-capped area. The owner has conditions of "Gran Tenedor" and apartment is for vacation purpose only. In this case the law 11/2025 of December 29, on measures in the field of housing and urban planning, does not apply. Prior to final confirmation, we will request the following documents: Valid passport or ID document. Travel itinerary or transport tickets clearly showing entry and exit dates. Document proving sabbatical leave, unpaid leave, or sick leave (if applicable). Valid tourist visa (for non-EU residents, when required for stays of up to 3 months). Certificate of residence registration or document proving habitual residence in the city/country of origin. Recent bank statements demonstrating sufficient funds to cover the stay. Signed declaration by the guest (we will send it to you for completion and signature) expressly stating that the use of the apartment will be exclusively for vacation/tourist purposes and will not constitute their primary residence. Thank you for your understanding. These measures allow us to strictly comply with current regulations on temporary rentals for uses other than housing. The Sidé apartments are the ideal place to experience the true atmosphere of Barcelona, their perfect location will allow you to explore the labyrinth of ancient and narrow streets, all of them surrounded by shops and characteristic cafes of the city. The building is made up of 5 apartments for rentals of months, all recently remodeled and decorated in a cozy and elegant style. Sidé 1 has an open-space kitchen and living room, with high-level decoration, exposing original elements of the estate, such as its Catalan vaulted ceilings and exposed brick walls, which provide a unique style. It also offers a suite room, a single room and two full bathrooms. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, utensils and appliances), washer / dryer, heating and air conditioning with aerothermal system (A ++) and WiFi. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: - Final cleaning: 90 EUR - Weekly cleaning not included. Extra cleaning services can be arranged. IMPORTANT ABOUT THE DEPOSIT IN CASE OF DAMAGE: - 1 month stay: 50% of the month - Stay from 2 to 4 months: 1 month - 5+ months of stay: 2 months Consumption are NOT INCLUDED in the apartment rental.
