The corridor leads you to the airy and bright living room, with a comfortable sofa, the TV and the dining area, with table and chairs. All the doors-windows of the apartment are connected to the peaceful amazing terrace. The terrace is very spacious, it has a large sofa and a table to fully enjoy your time open air. On the other side of the living room, the corridor leads you to the bedrooms and the main bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed and a huge wardrobe. The other bedroom has 2 single beds joined as a double bed. The wardrobe is in front of the door, in the corridor. The m bathroom has a bathtub, the washing machine and the window. AC in each room and High speed internet connection. Monthly cleaning included in the price. Please keep in mind the final cleaning will be charged separately and will be around € 250. The cost can change according to the size and the conditions of the accommodation. Area description Safe residential area, between Navigli district and Bocconi, 10 minutes from Duomo directly by the tram nr 3. Just going out from the building, you can start to enjoy a nice walk with cool shops and having a coffee in the nice bars of the neighborhood. Typical restaurants, art galleries, gyms, a park for running, an Auditorium for classical music concerts and opera, a club, banks and many other shops and services are walking distance. Bocconi and NABA Universities are 5 minutes walking. IULM and Cattolica are very close as well. You can easily reach also Marangoni in max 20 minutes by public transports.
