Modern apartment in Voula! This lovely apartment with 2 bedrooms is located in the Voula area near Glifada with an excellent sea view! The whole place was fully renovated in 2018. It was re-designed with a modern perspective. There are two spacey bedrooms and two bathrooms that can accommodate up to 6 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, cutlery, dishes and pans, kettle, espresso coffee maker, and toaster). You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay. The apartment is fully air-conditioned. There are balconies of 30 sq from where you can have a great relaxing time and sea view as well. Finally, a boiler will provide you with hot water for 24 hours! Of course, the beds are already made-up, with freshly ironed sheets from top-quality brands. Furthermore, there are clean towels for every single of you. The entire property has free Wi-Fi! The apartment is ideal for families or couples who want to spend their summer holidays in a beachside apartment. The nearest beach is about 600m away, but also there are plenty of organized beaches in the Glyfada and Vouliagmeni areas. During summer time the coastline of Glyfada, Voula & Vouliagmeni areas are a very popular choice for swimming, walking, and dining. Located close to the sea we are enjoying the fresh sea breeze in the summertime compared to the more warm center but most important away from any traffic jams and all the demonstrations that take place in the center of Athens. The apartment is very close to a pharmacy, banks, and public transport 200 m away from the apartment, there is a bus station from where you can take a bus to the city center. 250 m away from the apartment there is a supermarket, a bakery, and a pharmacy. In less than 300 m away you can find a playground for your children. Please keep in mind that electricity costs included in the monthly rent price BUT Guests are liable for any electricity/heating costs above the sum of 50 euros (estimation). For bookings of more than 3 months: the deposit is based on a different agreement. Based on the GR Law for short-term bookings to 60 days, the tenants need to pay extra the following costs: 1). 13% VAT on the total cost of the booking. 2). City Tax is 0.50 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 1.5 euros per day for the period March - Oct (For detached houses over 80 sqm the City Tax is 4 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 10 euros per day for the period March - Oct). 3).
