The nearest beach of Glyfada is less than one km away, but also there are plenty of organized beaches in the Voula and Vouliagmeni areas. During summer time the coastline of Glyfada, Voula & Vouliagmeni areas are very popular choices for swimming, walking, and dining. There is also a large garden where you can relax enjoying the sun! Please keep in mind that electricity costs included in the monthly rent price BUT Guests are liable for any electricity/heating costs above the sum of 100 euros (estimation). For bookings of more than 3 months: the deposit is based on a different agreement. Based on the GR Law for short-term bookings to 60 days, the tenants need to pay extra the following costs: 1). 13% VAT on the total cost of the booking. 2). City Tax is 0.50 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 1.5 euros per day for the period March - Oct (For detached houses over 80 sqm the City Tax is 4 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 10 euros per day for the period March - Oct). 3).
