The apartment is on the second floor of a building without a lift. The guest is welcomed by the bright living area complete with a queen-size sofa bed, TV, and dining table; partially separated is the well-equipped kitchen with all utensils and appliances such as oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishes, and dishwasher. The sleeping area features a double bed, a wardrobe with a mirror, a chest of drawers, and a large flat-screen TV. From here you can access the small terrace of the house which also communicates with the kitchen. The master bathroom with shower completes the apartment. Also available to our guests are amenities such as free Wi-Fi, heating, and a washing machine. * The city center is a Limited Traffic Zone so we recommend that you leave your car in one of the many car parks and enjoy the historic center on foot. Bologna, called the "Learned" being the seat of the oldest Western University, the "Fat" for its food and wine excellence, and the "Red" color that characterizes the historic center, is a wonderful city of art, culture, and commerce. Its soul resides in the medieval historic center which is among the largest in Europe and full of taverns, shops, and theaters, characterized by almost 40 km of arcades. In the historic center is Piazza Maggiore where the charm of medieval buildings blends perfectly with modernity. Do not miss the Fountain of Neptune by Giambologna and the Medieval Towers, that of the Asinelli and the Garisenda, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in the numerous museums, galleries, and religious buildings. Impossible to leave Bologna without having tasted its food and wine products, including mortadella, tortellini, and Bolognese sauce accompanied by the well-known DOC wines of the Bolognese Hills! Rich in exhibitions, fairs, and cultural events, Bologna is a city capable of surprising all year round. A 10-minute walk from the apartment is the bus stop “Ospedale Sant'Orsola Albertoni” which allows you to reach the train station in 10 minutes, while the airport is easily reachable in 20 minutes by car.
