The renovated apartment is smaller, but it does not miss anything in functionality and style. In the bedroom, there is a double bed which can turn easily into twin beds and a wardrobe to keep your clothing in. Fresh and clean bed sheets and towels will be placed on the bed for your use. The living room has a sofa that can turn into a small single bed. In case you need to study or do some remote work, there is also a working office. In the modern bathroom, there is a shower, toilet, and sink. Basic soap and shampoo are also provided. The kitchen will feel like home immediately as it has everything you will need in order to prepare and enjoy your own meals. A fridge, oven, stove as well as kettle, and coffee maker are some of the amenities you can use! Utilities and drinking glasses are also available. Kerameikos, which most locals call Gazi, is one of the most vibrant neighborhoods in Athens. It is just a few minutes' metro ride to Syntagma square, the most famous square in the country that also houses the Parliament. The area is west of the Acropolis and took its name from the archaeological sight that you can find in a few minutes walk from the apartment. It is the cemetery of Ancient Athens which nowadays is one of the most important archaeological sites in our city. In this area, you will also be able to find the Technopolis of Athens which used to be a gas factory, now out of use, and turned into one of the most important cultural hubs in Athens. The area is full of modern restaurants, cafeterias, and bars. Kerameikos Metro Station is just 700 meters away and connects you to other important areas of Athens like Syntagma (Parliament Square) or to Monastiraki with its popular Flea Market. There are also bus stops nearby with lines that serve different parts of the city as well as taxis around the metro station and on major streets.
