Fully refurbished, fully equipped, and tastefully furnished, sunny, quiet, and great for relaxation. There are also plenty of parking places around the apartment for free. Nearby amenities include coffee shops, bakeries, trendy restaurants, bars, supermarket, a theatre, etc. The apartment is perfect for couples, single travelers, or professionals. Very comfortable and cozy, on the 5th floor of a typical building in the Metaxourgeio area, recently renovated with a fully equipped kitchen, a brand new double bed, a huge balcony, and free wifi. Our apartment is just the right place for 2 or 4, a place from where you can "hop on-hop off" to the hotspots of the city The flat is recently renovated (in 2018) and fully equipped. It has a big bathroom with all hygiene items needed, and a big comfortable kitchen with all the basic equipment a visitor may need including, an oven and a new fridge. The living room is spacious and has 2 cozy sofas that turn into a bed for two, a new flat screen 49" smart Tv, and an office desk ideal for those who come for business. The bedroom has a double comfy bed and a big wardrobe. The studio is offered for your own usage, my guests can use everything included in the apartment. *In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are currently in effect at this property. I am always happy to meet with my guests and/or provide them with all the information they need as well as some “local” tips about what’s going on in the city.
