The apartment is located in Carrer de Sant Francesc, in the neighborhood of Poblenou, this is a very quiet, residential area and has become one of the favorites when choosing housing. This neighborhood is becoming very popular thanks to its cheerful, modern atmosphere and the 22@ area. In addition, it is located a few minutes walk from the beach Marbella and Bogatell, one of the best beaches in Barcelona. It has a nice promenade at the foot of the sea, surrounded by green areas, perfect for outdoor activities. Near the building you will find all kinds of services such as restaurants, supermarkets, trendy bars with spectacular terraces where you can enjoy the privileged climate of the city. At 9 minutes walking, you will find the nearest station "Poblenou" (L4).
