The night area has 2 bedrooms: one is the master bedroom with a double bed, night table and dresser and has access to an interior balcony. The other room will serve as a dressing room/study, as it has a large closet so you can store everything you need, and a desk where you can work or study quietly. This space also has access to the interior balcony. A full bathroom with shower is located near the entrance. The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi. The apartment is located in Carrer de Valladolid, 5 minutes from Sants station (L3/L5). This is the main train station of the city so you can take trains to national and international destinations. A 4 minute walk away is the Parque de la España Industrial, this is a very quiet area, perfect for walking, sports and outdoor activities. It is also very well supplied in the surrounding area with all kinds of stores such as bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Plaza España and the Arenas shopping center are only 15 minutes away.
