Sumatra is a modern and chic 150 square meter apartment in the heart of Madrid. The apartment, inspired by Indonesian beaches, has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a small terrace. Upon entering the apartment, find a spacious living room brimming with natural light. The lounge area is relaxing and cozy, with a desk right behind the couch. The dining table, which sits up to six people, is adjacent to the reading nook. The fully furnished kitchen comes with all cooking essentials and has a breakfast table. There is a pantry/storage room which connects to the kitchen back to the entrance. On the other side of the entrance, find the three bedrooms and bathrooms. The first ensuite bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a unique wooden headboard. The ensuite bathroom comes with a full shower. The bathroom in the hallway next door comes with a bathtub with shower. The second bedroom comes with a single bed and a personal office area facing the outdoor terrace. The terrace, accessible from this bedroom, is fitted with a hanging lounge chair and small table on opposite ends. The third bedroom comes with an ensuite bathroom and a queen-sized bed. The ensuite bathroom comes with a full shower. All bed and bath linens are provided. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply.
