Next to the beautiful Jardim das Flores and the Botanical Garden, the apartment is surrounded by amazing restaurants, bars and antique shops. → Building The apartment is located on the first floor of a recently renovated building without elevator. → Rooms The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. → Bathrooms The apartment has a bathroom with shower and bathtub. → Living Room The living room has a smart TV with cable connection and an inviting sofa in front of the bright balcony with its view over the street. → Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and a coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Info: → The property is ''Self-Catered''. Basic items are provided for your arrival, including hygiene products for the first day, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a courtesy only - replacements or refills are not included. → Bed linen and bath towels are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in your reservation. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers only the check-out cleaning. Extra cleanings or additional changes of linen may be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in is between 16:00 - 22:00 (additional cost of €25 for check-ins after 22:00).
