The 58 sqm apartment, with independent entrance, is located on the mezzanine floor (two steps) of a building without an elevator and is composed as follows: - Kitchenette equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, Moka, wood oven, and traditional oven; - Living area with dining table, sofa, and smart TV - Bedroom with queen bed, wardrobe, and split AC - Toilet with access from the room, equipped with WC, bidet, and shower box (1 step to access it). Additional facilities available for the guests: independent heating, UNLIMITED WIFI, washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board. Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee). ATTENTION: The historic center of Monopoli is located within a limited traffic area so the apartment can be reached by car only at certain times of the day and parking is limited. From June to September the historic center can be reached by using 3 Park & ​​ride areas at a cost of 1 euro or by using the bus that leaves from the station for the center. Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of (hidden)).
