Please note that access involves steep stairs, and the low ceilings may not be suitable for very tall guests. → Building Apartment in a historic building in the heart of Lisbon – it is located on the 4th floor of the building, without an elevator. Please note that access to the apartment is via steep stairs. As it is an old building, it has its own quirks, such as low soundproofing. The apartment features traditional Portuguese architecture, with low ceilings, and is therefore not recommended for tall people or those with limited mobility. → Bedrooms The apartment has two bedrooms. One has a queen-size bed, and the other has two single beds, a flat-screen TV, and a balcony. → Bathroom The apartment has a bathroom with a shower. The shower area has low ceilings (not suitable for people over 1.80 m) → Living/Dining Room The living room has a comfortable sofa and a dining table for 4. → Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, stove, microwave, and coffee maker (coffee not included). As the kitchen is an interior space with no windows, and prone to accumulating humidity, we recommend keeping the door open and airing out the house frequently during your stay to minimize humidity and odors. Additional Info: → The property is 'Self-Catered.' Basic items are provided for your arrival, including hygiene products for the first day, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a courtesy only - replacements or replenishments are not included. → Bedding and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in your reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional bedding and bath kit will be provided free of charge at check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers only the check-out cleaning. Extra cleanings or additional linen exchanges can be requested during your stay and are subject to an additional fee - these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. Upon departure, please place the keys inside the lockbox. → During the stay, the guest is responsible for the proper use and safekeeping of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock or mailbox. In case of the need for technical assistance to open the door or in case of damage to the keys and/or lock, the costs resulting from this service will be borne by the guest. In situations of key loss, a penalty will apply. → The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay. → Baby crib and high chair are available upon request and are subject to an additional cost. → Monthly consumptions are included up to €150. → City Tax will be charged according to the law.
