A short walk from Corso Como and Brera! Its location, furniture and type, makes this apartment ideal for students, couples, tourists, but also business travelers. The apartment can accommodate up to 3 people. (two in the bedroom and one on the sofa bed in the living room). The apartment is on the ground floor and is very quiet (courtyard side) Consisting of: - 1 bedroom with TV - Decommissioning with wardrobes - 1 bathroom with large shower - Living room with designer furniture - Well-equipped kitchenette - Laundry room - The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, coffee maker, kettle, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and dishwasher. - All rooms have windows. - Free Wi-Fi. Air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. - Sheets and towels are provided and there is also a washing machine. Check-in is available at all hours, but an extra charge may be required depending on the time of arrival. A payment of 35€ will be required after 19:00 on weekdays while on Saturdays and holidays the supplement will be applied at any time.
