GREEN CENTRAL SUITE Our spacious and bright apartment with solid wood parquet and contemporary decor has a true feeling of an Italian style home. The apartment is very close to Central Station and is within walking distance of one of the most famous shopping streets in the city, Corso Buenos Aires. Very well connected with subway lines. The area is full of pubs, bars, restaurants, and places to visit! On the fourth floor of a prestigious condominium with elevator, natural light opens the beauty of this apartment, consisting of two bedrooms, living room and two bathrooms equipped with every comfort and a modern fully equipped kitchen. In the living room you will also find a comfortable couch. A terrace with an interesting view completes the house. Check-in is available at all times, but a surcharge may be required based on arrival time. Payment of 35€ will be required after 19:00 on weekdays while Saturday and holidays the surcharge will be applied at any hour . IMPORTANT - Please note that you will be required to pay the occupancy tax requested by the Municipality of Milan (children / teenagers under the age of 18 are exempt); the cost is 2 Euro per person per day that you will have to pay in cash at check-in. L'appartamento è molto vicino alla Stazione Centrale ed è a pochi passi da una delle vie dello shopping più famose della città, Corso Buenos Aires. Molto ben collegato con delle linee della metropolitana. La zone è piena di pub, bar, ristoranti e luoghi da visitare! Al quarto piano di un prestigioso condominio con ascensore, luce naturale apre la bellezza di questo appartamento, composto da due camere da letto, soggiorno e due bagno dotati di ogni comfort e una moderna cucina completamente attrezzata. Nel soggiorno troverete anche un comodo divano. Un terrazzo con una vista interessante completa la casa. Il check-in sono disponibili in tutte le ore, ma può essere richiesto un supplemento in base all’orario di arrivo.
