The room is equipped with a comfortable bed, desk, chair, and wardrobe – ideal for studying, working, or simply relaxing. The apartment includes shared access to the kitchen and bathroom, which are fully equipped with all essentials, including kitchen supplies and a washing machine. 📍 Registration (Anmeldung) is possible, making it suitable for both students and professionals staying longer term in the city. 💰 The monthly rent is all-inclusive, covering rent, heating, water, high-speed internet, and the GEZ TV license fee. 🔐 A security deposit of €950 is required before moving in. Your rental contract start date is determined by your planned move-in date, with one key condition: your contract must start within 15 days of the property's first available date (exceptions possible). • Move-ins between the 1st and 15th: Your contract begins on the 1st of the month. • Move-ins from the 16th to the end of the month: Your contract begins on the 16th. Please note that check-ins are not available on weekends or public holidays. If your contract starts on one of these days, your physical move-in will be scheduled for the next available working day.
