This apartment is a budget-friendly option that offers a lot of value. With a total area of 75 sq. meters, it was renovated in 2019 and is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the Victoria metro stop, as well as the Economic University of Athens. From here, it's only a quick 4-stop or 8-minute metro ride to the city center and Acropolis Hill. It's also easily accessible from the airport and port. The area around the apartment is well-connected, with shops, banks, restaurants, and bus stops all within a 1-minute walk. The apartment has two bedrooms, and you will be renting the larger one. The exclusive use of your bedroom comes with a single bed, air conditioning, a desktop, and a balcony. In addition to the private bedrooms, tenants will also share the common areas with your roommate, which include a small living room, a kitchen equipped with stove , oven , fridge , a bathroom with a washing machine (with a drying rack provided for your convenience). There are some kitchen utensils like glasses , spoons, plates, frying pans, sandwich maker etc left from previous tenants, but in case there is something missing or in a bad shape , we do not provide / replace them. We provide only the 5 major electric appliance (Stove , oven , fridge, washing machine and boiler for hot water) . You are welcome to use any other appliance or kitchen utensil that previous guest have left but if you need anything else you have to buy it for your self. We provide 1 pillow and 1 blanket.We do not provide bed sheets , towels or small electric appliances like hair dryer, water kettle etc. Wi-Fi up to VDSL 50 mbps. A damage deposit is required in cash upon check-in, and it is refundable upon check-out after the room has been inspected.
