The rooms with the numbers 1, 2, 3, 6 and 7 in the floor plan are vacant. Rooms 2 and 6 are currently furnished. Here are the hard facts about the flat: - 130 sqm - fitted kitchen - large common room - bathroom with bathtub - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC - washing machine The following items are already included in the service charges. - Electricity - water - Sewage water - rubbish - caretaker service - internet - heating system Location Our great flat share is located in Hemmingen in Brennereistrasse. The Aldi supermarket is only a stone's throw away (directly behind the house). You would have to cross the street once to get to the Edeka supermarket, which is a whole 300m away :) The next two bakeries are 600m away in the direction of the city centre. So you see, it's no problem if you need something quickly, everything is directly available. The bus stop "Münchinger Strasse" is right outside the front door. From there, bus 501 takes you via Schwieberdingen to Porsche in Zuffenhausen or to Bosch in Feuerbach. At the same time, it stops at Zuffenhausen station, so you can change there for the S-Bahn to Stuttgart. Bus 612 goes via Münchingen and Zuffenhausen (also stops at Porsche) to Korntal. You can also get on the S-Bahn at Korntal station. Shared flat life We are looking for a flatmate for our vacant room.
