The complex in Leoben consists of two houses in the direct vicinity of the University of Leoben. The quiet location on the Mur River ensures a pleasant quality of living. The complex is located on the Martin-Luther-Kai and offers living space for 120 students - in the immediate vicinity of the University of Leoben! The 2-bed and 3-bed flats each share a bathroom and kitchen. The house has a garden and offers a roof terrace as well as two function rooms for exuberant parties. Directly opposite the Schwammerlturm, Leoben's landmark, living space has been created for 69 students. The house is divided into 2 or 3-bed shared flats and garconniers. The numerous study rooms are available to the residents in both houses. Building facilities: Study rooms The study rooms are the perfect environment to spread out your own documents or to work on the exam material together in a group. Party Parties should be celebrated as they fall: The parties are an integral part of student life and are already considered an institution.
