The apartment is in a perfect location in the 3nd district at U3 Schlachthausgasse and it is right on the Danube Canal and very close to the number 18 tram. We over commission free All-In contracts 450 for the 12qm room and 490€ for the 20qm room. It comes with cleaning service twice per month. All Rooms are FULLY FURNISHED with a double bed + couch + desk + wardrobe ! Your room will be fully equipped with everything you are going to need from your first night on until the end of your stay (bed with linen, wardrobe with mirror, workspace and a desk with chair). The common areas are cleaned every two weeks by our housekeeping and every necessary repairment is done as soon as possible. All rooms are separately accessible. The kitchen is shared with your flatmates and it comes equipped with a refrigerator,all devices and all necessary cooking equipment and is also cleaned every two weeks by our housekeeping. The Apartment will be completely NEW and Modern Renovated Best possible Wi-Fi Internet connection is of course included. With all our tenants and also our alumni tenants we organize summer BBQ events at the Danube and different parties, sport events like skiing in the alps and a lot more events.
