For rental: 3 room apartment in Rotterdam center in the quiet Scheepvaartkwartier area. This is located close to Rotterdam Blaak station with several direct connections by metro, bus and train. With walking distance from the Markthal you will find plenty of supermarkt, shops and restaurant/bars with specialties. Public transportation offers direct connection to Erasmus University, and also other cities by train (including The Hague and Amsterdam). The house is located on the 8th floor of the modern Red Apple building. With 90 square meter in size the apartment has two bedrooms, shower/bath and separate toilet. The rooms are fully furnished with beds and wardrobes (linnens and towel set included). Living room are together with eating area and kitchen. Washing machine is available in the storage room. The house has two bedrooms. The larger bed room is fully furnished with a double bed. The second bedroom has a desk. The child bed in picture is removed to allow more space. If needed an additional single bed can be arranged. Rent does not include additional utility bills like electricity, water and internet are excluded. These are approximately 175 euro monthly. High speed internet (up to 500 mbps down- and upload) is available per fiber glass connection. Modem and router are already present. For short term rental it is possible to agree on all-inclusive rent to reduce administrative changes. We are looking for student or working professionals for renting of the whole apartment. Rental of one room only is not possible. Preferred rental period: 6 months or longer (please inquire for any shorter). Deposit 1 month. Registration is possible.
