The house has a communal kitchen, bathroom, living room area and rooftop terrace and there are 4 other tenants maximum. The rent is excluding utilities, which averages around 60 Euro, depending on the useage of the tenants. Internet is included. Registration at the muncipality is possible. The house is located in a quiet and safe area of Rotterdam, right next to the river. It’s a nice walk or run along the boulevard up to Brienenoord nature island. There’s a passenger / cyclist ferry across the river for a quick and easy commute to Erasmus university.
