The living room is warm and welcoming; from there you can admire the magnificent view of Villa Pamphili from the large window and see the dome of San Pietro among the trees. At night the whole atmosphere of a little corner of paradise, even more beautiful in the night when you can admire the St. Peter's dome illuminated. The kitchen is fully equipped with household appliances such as a traditional electric oven, microwave oven, fridge, dishwasher (12 plates), washing machine, kettle, toaster, and Italian and American coffee machine. The apartment has air conditioning, independent heating, full HD SMART TV LED 32", free internet Wi-Fi. You will also have vacuum cleaner, iron and iron board, hair dryer 2000 w. You can relax under the gazebo in the great terrace during the summer or warm autumn or have a sun bath followed by a cold shower in the hot summer, if you dare! A BBQ is also available for you in the terrace. You can cool down in the terrace during the hot summer evenings thanks to the sea breeze Ponentino Romano drinking your glass of wine.The relax and quiet will hug you together with the charming view of the St Peter Dome well-lighted. Terrazza Pamphili is located at the 6th floor of the building: elevator takes you until the 5th floor and then you have to climb 19 steps to the entrance. No worries with your luggages : we will help you :)) The apartment can host a maximum of 3 people; in this case a rolling bed will be added in the living room. No other guests can sleep in the apartment if exceeding the 3 people of maximum capacity. N.B. The apartment has energy control systems for Air Conditioning with temperatures set as per Municipal Regulations (26 degrees +/- 2 degrees) and will be available from mid-May to the end of September. There are motion and temperature sensors in the rooms for the energy saving function.For heating, the regulations of the City of Rome and the national capital are followed. The central heating temperature and duration will be in line with government recommendations to deal with the energy crisis (19 degrees +/- 2 degrees). Last year the heating could be turned on for a total of 10 hours in the day, starting from Mid November until beginning of April . We will follow the updates of the aforementioned rules imposed by the Government for the next winter season. The presentation of the identity document is required for the communication of the law to the Police. For your safety extinguisher and First Aid Kit are supplied.Animals not admitted.
