CONDITIONS: Our pension/guest house specializes in rental of temporary accommodation only (not for long stay). Please only contact us in case you are not yet living in Rotterdam and in search of accommodation for max. 6 months. LAY OUT: Nice and furnished room with shared kitchen, toilet and shower. Ideally situated in the beautiful and safe neighbourhood of Kralingen (eastern side of Rotterdam). The room is based in the semi basement of a large house. The shower is shared with 2 other decent tenants and the toilet with 3 others. There is a large kitchen on the same floor, to be shared with 7 housemates. The room and shared facilities are being cleaned by the cleaning lady weekly. EXTRA: There is a washing machine (paid, with a coin machine) and dryer (free) for shared use. LOCATION: Rotterdam-Kralingen is one of the most convenient and popular neighbourhoods of Rotterdam. Our accommodations are easily accessible and within a short walking distance of the Erasmus University, the local shopping street (Lusthofstraat), the Kralingse Park and public transport (tram, underground/metro Voorschoterlaan).
