Beside the living area there is a sleeping area, a kitchen unit with stove, microwave, ice box as well as an anteroom, spacious bathroom with washing machine connection as well as a storage room. The apartment has central heating and a large cellar compartment is also included. In the house there is a laundry room and a bicycle room. In the surrounding area there is a super supply (Billa, Spar, Lidl, baker, pharmacy, pizzeria, etc.). In a few stations with the 49er the U3 and the S45, also the U4 can be reached in 2 stations by bus.
